Federal officials have just announced further details of a major investigation into corruption and money laundering in New Jersey and Brooklyn. Arnold, in this case – I see your point – but this is such a multi-ethnic scandal – it doesn’t seem the best vehicle for fanning the flames of anti-semitism. It may reinforce the the image of New Jersey as widely and deeply corrupt – but that’s a stereotype, alas, with a basis in fact.
