Since Jodie Lane’s death they have found more than 13,668 locations with Stray Voltage. Observations: Every stray voltage location is potentially lethal. The regulartory agency, PSC, is not aggressive at persuing padestrian safety. ConEd is ramping up testing but they are moving too slowly. There are tens of thousands of stray voltage locations not yet found. ConEd can and must do more.
